Earlier this year, I was delighted to be approached by National Wildlife to write an article on how to photograph Yellowstone's Winter wildlife.
Winter in Yellowstone is a magical time, but it is not necessarily the easiest of times to photograph; National Wildlife wanted some tips on survival and the practical aspects of capturing the memorable images that I spend my time pursuing. Those of you who have been in Yellowstone in the depths of Winter will recognise the harsh conditions, but will also remember the thrill of the animals and landscapes that you have seen and photographed. Here, for you, is a reminder of that time, and my thoughts and advice for all of you.
